Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Sharpspring is being used to manage all marketing lead generation activities across the company. We run a range of concurrent funnels and Sharpspring forms are used on landing pages to capture the relevant data and trigger automated email workflows. We also use Sharpspring to monitor the various visitors that are interacting with the website. This data helps to inform decisions for the design and creation of new content and landing pages.

  • Fantastic customer support
  • None really bar the need to have a little bit of HTML experience, especially when you want to make some bespoke changes to the email templates.
Budget: Sharpspring is affordable for most SMEs and provides a range of functionality that matches most of the bigger players in the market.
Well suited to all businesses, to be frank. The secret is in learning how to use the platform and investing time in it--the same as all good platforms.
