Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
It is being used mostly in our marketing department. It has helped us with easily setting up campaigns for clients in order to have longstanding email chains constantly rolling out. We're currently using it for 3 clients, but plan on using it more frequently in the future. The biggest problem it addresses is that it does so much work for us, thanks to the automation features.
- Automation
- Interface
- Email Setup
- Customer Support
- It is not able to make emails as aesthetically pleasing as other services.
- It is not as easy as Mailchimp to build emails.
- We have had to contact customer services a few times.
- It has helped us stay organized and accountable to timelines.
- It has helped us plan ahead for campaigns.
- It has helped us strategize multiple emails at once.
I've used Mailchimp, and while that service is fine, it does not have the dynamic capabilities that SharpSpring offers when running long term campaigns. That said, Mailchimp certainly takes the edge on making emails look good, and it is a more user friendly platform for beginners. I think once Mailchimp gets automated, Sharpspring may be in trouble.
