Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Our team uses SharpSpring on a regular basis for a number of our clients. We have been able to improve our client's email marketing, meaning we can focus on other areas of their business instead of burning through their retainer on things that could be automated with SharpSpring. The system really saves us time and makes modern marketing possible.

  • There is a large breadth of features
  • The price is excellent, giving us features that you'd normally see on a much more expensive platform
  • There is no Facebook custom audience integration
  • There is no Google Ads custom audience integration
  • This has made our clients stickier to us since they are getting this great product from us. We've had times that we've lost a retainer client but kept them on as a SharpSpring client.
  • We are able to generate more revenue for our clients through the automation features that SharpSpring has.
We use SharpSpring, ActiveCampaign, Omnisend, and Klaviyo for different clients. If you're looking for a solution that works well with ecommerce, I would go with Omnisend or Klaviyo. If you are looking for something for other types of businesses SharpSpring and ActiveCampaign work exceptionally well. We love the email builder in SharpSpring, it is head and shoulders above ActiveCampaign.
SharpSpring is great if you're an agency looking to offer a top notch marketing automation system that won't break the bank for your clients. You'll be able to set your own price and either roll it into your retainer or offer it as a standalone product. SharpSpring really excels with it's ease of use and the support team's ability to help you with whatever you need.
