Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact
We use SharpSpring within our own business, as well as for our clients. Within our own organization, we use it mainly to send out monthly newsletters, but for our clients, it is our main CRM and communication tool. The main problem it has solved for us is allowing us to track how the sales people at various companies are performing, as well as the efficacy of our marketing campaigns.
Pros
- The visual workflows have been great for helping our clients to understand how marketing automation works
- The sales pipelines are extremely easy to set up and report on
- The campaign analytics are extremely easy to use
Cons
- The mobile interface needs work
- The automatic attribution doesn't work so well with UTMs
- When reporting on campaigns longer than a month, there is no option for monthly spend that isn't equal each month
- SharpSpring has allowed us to improve our reporting by orders of magnitude, making it easier for our clients to understand
- It has allowed us to refine our processes with regards to lead nurturing and relationship management
