Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use it for our marketing and automation and we only are currently using it inside Marketing. There are sales capabilities, but none of our clients are using any of those. For us, the most valuable use of the tool is a cost-effective way for us to manage CRMs and engage in marketing automation.

- Lead Scoring: SharpSpring does a fantastic job in providing us insights into ways to score, rank, and follow-up with leads.
- More specific examples of Action Groups and Workflows and quick trigger ways to set them up.
- They are constantly looking at adding new tools and our team sometimes has a hard time keeping up (a good thing!)
- SharpSpring is priced in a way that allows us as the agency to do creative things for our clients. That's a positive thing.
- We have not used the sales feature, so we do not have our ROI locked and loaded for every client, but we are hoping to get there.
- Not only is having a competency with a powerful software like this a validator for our agency, but it helps us to retain clients for a long-period of time.
