Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is used within the Sales and Marketing departments. We track new business and use it as a CRM.
Pros
- SharpSpring is powerful and cost effective.
- Great for a small sales team.
- Forms are easy to implement.
Cons
- Lead scoring and life of the lead are not reliable.
- Drip campaigns should be behavior based. Currently, email opens aren't used as triggers.
- If any plugs are installed you cannot edit in your main browser.
- Helps us track sales activity.
- Pipeline reporting is good.
- Contact data base is important.
Sharpspring gets us most of the way there for a fraction of the cost compared to the big players.
