Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We have improved the quality of leads. We have also automated the digital sales process effectively to be able to sell products and services with the satisfaction of our customers. The implementation of SharpSpring was very fast and very easy; in record time we were getting leads of excellent quality.
  • Cost versus benefit: Better support, same features to others. It has support throughout the implementation and helps sales to other customers.
  • Actually for our company it's better software for these key points: Excellent price and Benefit, Advanced automation features, Excellent support at the right time, Easy to use and easy customization and Scalable for any company size.
  • It does not have updated mobile app
  • Some problems with the support of the features in Spanish language
  • We went from reviewing other market positions, with high costs, but SharpSpring gave us support in the deployment and sale of it to our customers. It was very quick to understand all the features and it was easy to implement for our customers. In record time we started to get results and we started selling more instances of SharpSpring in large Colombian companies.
Before making the decision to buy ShaprSpring we made a comparative chart among many solutions, but these did not have much difference with respect to SharpSpring. It had very similar characteristics but the cost was lower for SharpSpring. First we called HubSpot to ask for support in the sale and implementation of it for our customers but their response was negative. HubSpot would not accompany us to sell their product. Then we called SharpSpring and they were always willing to help us even without buying. Today we are very grateful for their timely support. Today we are gold partners and we are very empowered with this business ally.
