Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring within IHR Mexico came to revolutionize the way in which it works in all areas, IHR Mexico has several business models, ranging from technological training with clients such as IBM to the Mexican stock exchange, also with consulting high level on market leading platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, etc. Managing clients had always been a problem and even more, doing good Strategic Marketing was far from being a relationship. SharpSpring changed all that problem, the start-to-finish strategy complements our vision and makes serving prospects more natural and fast, adding the powerful tools it has such as Task Automation. With tools that help us create emails and send them en masse with strategy and segmentation, it allows you to track prospects and follow up with your unpredictable CRM, which is very complete to start with this type of tools. Basically SharpSpring meets our need for us and our customers, since we represent the brand as partner in our country.

  • Having CRM integrated with FB campaigns we see a total vision of what is spent on investment with marketing and we can change the strategy very quickly if the goals are not being met.
  • Automation has given us better control over employees as they don't waste time on repetitive tasks. By having the vision of what each user is doing we have better control over the time that we are going to dedicate in each task.
When we started to search for a total Marketing Automation platform in 2016 we were afraid of the expensive prices for a limited license to users. We tried different platforms very well known like HubSpot, but as we needed characteristics the price started to be a problem because marketing automation in 2016 was not very well known in our country. Knowing SharpSpring showed us many functions to use in the short term and we saw the potential to implement more functions in the future, here we did not have to pay per user, here everything was unlimited for a simple monthly fee. That prompted us to take away that we had the ideal platform for our business. We also analyzed tools like Mailchimp but they were also basic tools for what SharpSpring offered us.
As multiple services that we provide, SharpSpring works in each of the business models:
Education. Having the pipeline or process fully managed, from its generation to the closing of the sale, helps us a lot since we have created strategies to attract students for our courses from the social networks, by having forms that fill out the information that goes directly to our internal CRM of SharpSpring.
Consultancy. Our consulting service requires a lot of emphasis in each step and tasks to be done by each user, it is here where SharpSpring shines once again, because every detail and contact with our client is of utmost importance, future tasks can be scheduled or see the history of communication with them.
Marketing. Marketing for our clients is a life and death resource, so selling the platform that we use is a [path] to long-term success, since the tool adapts to thousands of businesses ranging from the sale of real estate, or products. SharpSpring is a very friendly platform.
