We use SharpSpring’s marketing automation for personalized email campaigns and landing pages, which have allowed our brands to interact more with customers and engage with them at a granular level. Using the marketing automation tool has helped us understand our prospective customer's personas and sales cycle so our marketing campaigns have been more personalized leading to improved costs of customer acquisition. As a digital marketing agency sending leads which in turn be converted into sales to our clients is our priority, with the SharpSpring CRM we are now able to monitor the performance of each of our leads at a granular level and turn efforts into improving the quality of the leads.
