We utilize SharpSpring for all our customers needs.

Pros

  • Integrated retargeting module.
  • Native Form possibilities.
  • Social media platform.
  • Support.

Cons

  • Communicate from different labels.
  • Contact interface speed.
  • We like more interface referrals to helpfiles in reference to the section you are in at the moment.
  • Overall you can see your ROI when implementing all necessary features the correct way.
  • They use to have an option to submit campaign cost's. We really like that back.
  • We see a positive impact on our client's insights. They now have a tool that guides their decisions.
When considering pricing, usability, and support. They can measure them against the top marketing automation providers. In some cases, they even offer way more for 1/3 of the price.

We find it suited for B2B as SharpSpring is heavily targeted towards sales. Their e-commerce possibilities is almost non-existent. In the near future, this will be implemented too. If this is implemented, we will definitely use this too.
