We use SharpSpring daily to handle our incoming leads and contacts coming from various sources, manage and monitor our sales pipeline, automate workflows triggered by various actions taken across our marketing stack, create custom forms and landing pages, manage and maintain our email subscriber list, and deploy email marketing campaigns on a monthly basis. Where the software really shines is its immense flexibility. We have many layers within our client/customer journey and the software allows us to keep our brand experience present throughout those touchpoints.

The platform is much more flexible. SharpSpring's client/support team is one of the best I have encountered. As a platform user, you are kept in the loop as if you are a part of their internal team. This level of transparency is something you won't find elsewhere. It's the type of customer service that feels like your questions can turn into solutions by simply chatting with one of their team. When you read that it is an All-in-One Marketing Platform, it completely lives up to that claim.
