Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

We use SharpSpring for marketing automation, crm and sales functions. This platform helps with persona segmentation and recent interaction history to help tailor the first conversation around what the client is interested in solving. We also use SharpSpring as our sales hub, enabling us to make calls to numerous countries through the platform as well as track metrics and opportunities.

SharpSpring has way more robust marketing automation features. The only plus for Salesforce is the ability to run a report for conversations had this week and make it easy to pull up those advertiser cards. SharpSpring has a big advantage over Salesforce as far as persona segmentation and insight into interactions on the website.

We also tailor our nurture emails based on the persona segmentation so we can continue to engage with prospects until something clicks for the first demo or conversation.
