Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact
A very complete CRM. With this tool, our internal operations and speed in which we move increase a lot. Due to its versatility of functions we are able to optimize our opportunities to bring leads in the door for sales through marketing. I am for one a fan of the sales dialer integration. It makes my life easier being able to track all of the calls that I make each day. I would recommend to all as a sales and marketing tool.

- search by phone number
- once in a while sales dialer doesn't register when punching through a call tree
- From a sales perspective, I am able to track my quality conversations being had daily.
- Through the pipeline module, we can track out deals closed/lost with very specific reasonings.
- We are also able to easily track and score leads with specific personas as they come in through our website organically.
I have used Salesforce CRM in the past as a sales person. SharpSpring provides me with an efficient and daily positive experience, it absolutely stack sup to the competition in my use case. I would recommend to my other sales peeps out there.
