Overall Satisfaction with Shift
I use Shift to manage the multiple email accounts I use. One of the accounts is my business account for the church I work for. As a church, we have decided to use Google for all our document creation and management. The layout and ease of use with Shift allows me to manage multiple documents at one time.
Pros

- Not having to re-sign in back into google accounts.
- Collaboration
I use Gmail, google docs, google sheets all from shifts. It’s easy to have multiple documents open and to work across different accounts.
For me personally, I don’t need to find and reopen documents I have been working on after shutting down my computer. The documents are always open in shift and allow me to access them easily.
Shift simply allows me to keep gmail and other google documents separate to my internet browser.

Evaluating Shift and Competitors
Yes - I wasn't currently using a different program, but I did look at alternatives. Shift came out on top, though. Although there was a cost, it did everything I was looking for and in a way that worked best for me.
- Ease of Use
Ease of use was most important to me. The way Shift handles multiple Google accounts makes it really simple to use. I can move between different accounts without losing progress or open tabs.
There isn't anything I would do differently.
