Overall Satisfaction with ShipMonk
The shipping department generates labels internally based on the orders received. Sometimes the customer service department helps with the labeling process as well. With direct integration between the ERP and the shipping software, the software allows our company to seamlessly get our orders out the door without any extra steps.
