Overall Satisfaction with Shopify
We were using it as our main platform for our e-commerce site. It addresses issues where site alterations, sales progress and analytics were only viewable by those who had access to third party apps. It was used by the whole organization and it really allowed us to transition from a very bare bones platform to a more simplified yet robust sales platform.
- Quantifiable sales analytics.
- Payment processing ease.
- Easy website template alterations and implementation.
- Multiple listing alterations could use some tweaking.
- Allowing variations beyond just one or two variables in item listings.
- Less reliance on apps and more on actual interface development.
- The ROI for our website has been overwhelming compared to when we had our older system.
- Seamless integration with Google and shopping has allowed for better visibility and easier management.
- Integration with shipping softwares has been key as this has made our shipping procedure more streamlined rather than too manual.
- The negative would be that chargeback claims just as with any other website are still virtually impossible to fight.
