Overall Satisfaction with Shopify

We use Shopify in our organization to sell our products directly to our consumers all across the country. We launched our e-commerce store [a year and a half ago] and ever since we have not faced any problems with the platform. It has helped our organization to grow drastically in terms of market share and revenue and has helped us to know our customers better through its analytics feature that provides a detailed report on our customers wants and needs. The overall experience has been positive and anyone from our organization, if asked, would recommend Shopify as an easy, fast and convenient e-commerce solution.

Shopify is a great platform for SMEs who want to launch an e-commerce store without wanting to spend a lot of money. It's pretty easy to set up and launch a website and does not require any hardcore coding [over-riding the need for] hiring a developer. Moreover, integrating with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram is also pretty easy and straight forward which makes it even better. However, if an organization is looking forward to customizing it completely according to their needs, they would have to get Shopify's Advance subscription which is $79 per month which could be a bit high for a small and medium enterprise.
