Overall Satisfaction with MiCloud Connect (formerly ShoreTel)

Our whole organization uses ShoreTel. We rarely have issues and when we do, the customer service and IT support is great! Voicemails go through ShoreTel and so does our monitoring of our employee's phone usage. The reporting functionality is awesome as well.

  • As with any computerized system, there are flaws, but resolving them quickly is key
  • It allows us to see where our weaknesses are as far as the amount of calls we're making - or lack thereof
  • Trusted phone service - rarely fails us - which keeps our company working
Well suited - our company is a virtual staffing agency - we rely heavily on phone calls/voicemails to get our jobs done. ShoreTel is perfect for tracking our performance.
