Combines visual presentation with relational database queries
Is pretty good at handling in-page calculations but eventually slows down. Datasets are better built in the data warehouses to reduce calculation load and page load times.

Sigma Computing's interface is a very user-friendly experience for those less experienced in SQL which brings both querying, calculation and display format together into a visually appealing product. Pre-made datasets for use with minimal calculations in-page are very useful to different members of the business. Creating dashboards for executive or managers that want to be able to quickly check on the status of something that is changing daily.
