Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

Sigma Computing is used for all of our reporting and analytics in the organization. It is used daily by many users in the company to track KPIs and other more detailed facets of the business as well. Sigma is also used for external presentations and leave behinds for our teams.

Sigma makes our data more easily accessible to users and, along with lots of training and time spent, is helping to improve data literacy with the less savvy users. It fits well into the processes we already have built that allow users to facilitate ingest and analysis of data in near real time.
Sigma has only been used at this level with our most technical users. It makes diving into data and analysis really simple for a tech savvy user and can easily drill in to find what you need once you identify a subset of data you want to explore. The ability to quickly filter (right click, include only) and then fire up another visualization based off what you're looking at is a great example.
Sigma is not as feature rich as Tableau and it shows that it's a younger product and company. However, that is helpful when suggesting features or reporting bugs as a small company. The live chat with support is quite helpful and most that I have spoken with are really knowledgeable and happy to dig in on what I'm reporting.
Sigma has been great for reproducing that "spreadsheet" experience for users with appropriate user license levels (explorer and above). It is lacking in the ability to create pixel perfect reporting and branded solutions out of the box. We have done lots of customization with plug ins to create exactly the visualizations and branded information we want to present.
