Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SignNow is primarily used for internal approval with the occasional outside use. Signatures needed of Executives, VPs, and upper management are acquired through SignNow. Other use cases are contracts with third-party vendors.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Easy to sign in the app.
Requesting signatures of frequent signers.
Drag and drop features are appreciated!

Cons

There are one or two too many steps/pages to click through before sending out a document for signature.
I would appreciate more formatting capabilities in the base email when sending to signers.
Loading pages is sometimes slow.

Return on Investment

Reducing time to receive signatures and approval.
More approvals easily received allows better transparency to primary stakeholders.

I request lots of signatures from my project stakeholders. SignNow is well suited for frequently requesting signatures for similarly-formatted documents. The template feature, for instance, is very well used and cuts down on the processing time for signatures. My legal team prefers another signature software; however, usage in my department is better suited for the quick, easy, and less expensive option of SignNow.
