Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

We execute documents with SignNow. This could be with NDAs, operating agreements, sales agreements, or any other contract.

Pros

  • Automates quickly.
  • Easy to use.

Cons

  • Occasional outages.
  • Price.
  • Positive impact is it's quicker to get NDAs out to potential partners.
  • The downside is it could be better with filing with other internal systems on where to save them.

Very well suited for the remote workforce as we move past the in-person office environment. It is not as well suited for scenarios where emails can get lost in inboxes.
