Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

I have a home office but frequently need to collect signatures. This is a much better and less expensive alternative to competitors. Easy to use and deploy. I use it to get contracts signed, have correspondence signed by others in my company, and sign leases, purchase orders, and acknowledge terms and conditions.

  • Should be able to set default signature process (simultaneously or one at a time).
  • Should be able to more easily change emails.
  • Reduced costs for sure
  • Things get signed faster
  • Better value than DocuSign

Can’t think of a place it’s not well suited. I’ve used it for million-dollar contracts and signing letters. It is particularly helpful when I need a contract signed by multiple parties who are not co-located; it makes the signature process much simpler. It would be nice to have the ability o let signers propose edits to the document during the signature process so we can clean up and make minor edits without having to delete the document and start over.
