Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
SignNow is used for signing off documents that have been recently updated or newly released into the system. Sometimes when there are many many signatures on a document, it could become difficult to set up the signatures and dates associated with them, but overall the program is very nice to use.
- Quick responses for signatures.
- I don't have to walk all over the plant to collect signatures.
- Less paper waste.
- Date locking should be standard with the option to unlock it.
- Sometimes it can get sloppy with documents with many signatures.
- I am not sure.
- Improved team collaboration as everyone could review changes at once.
- Reduced costs for saving time walking document around to others.
- Reusable templates were a bit hard to adjust to.
