Overall Satisfaction with SimpleHelp
We use SimpleHelp to reach and administer all of our endpoints in our environment. This allows us remote access to all pc's and servers in the field without visiting in person.

- Easy access to pc's and servers

It was the productd of choice for us for last few years based on what it gives us and price point.
