We use Skilljar as the vehicle to train our customers, personally and at scale. It is our “home base” to allow our customers to self-service with our products. In addition to this, we use Skilljar to onboard and train our new hires. It acts as the central source of truth for product competency for all our internal employees. Skilljar has enabled us to transition to a “high tech touch” model; to service our lower dollar accounts without much human intervention. The biggest problem it solves for us is to drive product adoption amongst our various products.
