We use Skilljar Customer Education Software to train internal and external stakeholders. Externally, we have product training courses as well as a certification for our legacy product. We also offer a thought leadership course that we have been using as a way to generate sales leads. Internally, we encourage taking the product training courses but also have an internal course on the same thought leadership topics to keep our employees up to speed on all things higher ed.
