Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

We use Skilljar Customer Education Software to train internal and external stakeholders. Externally, we have product training courses as well as a certification for our legacy product. We also offer a thought leadership course that we have been using as a way to generate sales leads. Internally, we encourage taking the product training courses but also have an internal course on the same thought leadership topics to keep our employees up to speed on all things higher ed.

I think Skilljar Customer Education Software is a very user-friendly tool. It's easy to use the features available to you. I gave it a 9 only because sometimes it's hard to navigate to what you need.
Anytime I need help with Skilljar Customer Education Software, either our Account Manager of the support team has been extremely responsive.
  • Improved scalability - we no longer have to do in-depth product training for new hires
  • Internal Onboarding - we can get our new employees up to speed on all things higher ed quickly through our courses
  • External Onboarding - having a course that walks through all things on our product helps our external onboarding be more effective

Skilljar Customer Education Software has been used to create courses for our customers that train them on our products. It's perfect for that!
