Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software
We use Skilljar as an LMS for our customers in order to be able to offer them valuable thought leadership courses and insight into the "why" behind our product. The business problem we are trying to solve is renewals, upsells, and to a certain extent even lead generation. We will be creating our first publicly available account this June.
Pros
- Easy to use and edit across the team.
- Many types of content to choose from in order to create a truly well-rounded learning experience.
- Support beyond the product - CSM, coffee chats, resources galore.
Cons
- Analytics!
- More flexibility in how courses vs. catalog pages show up. We sort of hack the system to make it show up to learners how we want it to, but it's not ideal.
- Increased testimonials on LI
- Knowledge for learners
