Overall Satisfaction with Skilljar Customer Education Software

Skilljar is the hosting platform for our e-learning sites.

Pros

  • Course creation
  • Course organization
  • Zoom integration

Cons

  • How it handles SCORM files.
  • Could use more WYSIWYG features when designing a domain.
  • Quizzes could be more robust.
It is super simple to build a course, or collection of courses. I can create a course in minutes.
Support is quick, but I feel could be better versed in industry practices to understand what the customers are trying to accomplish.
  • Churn reduction
  • Upsell opportunity since we can display capabilities better
  • Negative impact is cost, It is definitely a cost center.

Skilljar courses can be organized much better than other choices, but MindTickle offers gamefication and magentrix has a better presentation of videos.
It's well suited for internal use but needs enhanced CSS configuration and SSO assistance to be a customer-focused LMS.
