Overall Satisfaction with Skype

Skype is being used throughout the organization, as a way to communicate with different staff [members] and outside parties. It is also linked to our contact list which makes finding and locating individuals easy. It allows communication across the company to be more free flowing and the ease of use minimizes training costs.

  • Missed calls and voicemail can be tracked over email.
  • Better Video Quality
  • More creative content in instant messenging
  • Reduces some administrative tasks which are cost savings across the board.
It is well suited to connect with people inside and outside the organization who have access to skype. The fact that it links to Outlook is extremely helpful. It is not very compatible with other programs so it can be difficult to share projects or collaborate with people who does not have access to Skype.
