Overall Satisfaction with Skype

For myself, skype is the preferred tool for sending messages. This program handles both online and offline messages well. I use it to:

  • make audio/video calls
  • send attachments
  • share screens

Pros

  • Video conferencing - engage new or prospective/clients employees efficiently
  • Schedule calls
  • Create groups and share your chats

Cons

  • No WhatsApp integration
  • High premium charges
  • Removes the need to invest in equipment for communication
  • Instant chat/collaboration to solve customer issues
  • Little or no maintenance required
Skye is open to use internally or externally, while Jabber is more of an internal tool, thus you may find it better to use skype if you want to go outside of your network.
With skype you can efficiently communicate with your team at a minimal cost to the organization. Most features are easy to use. [It] works well with mobile devices.
