Overall Satisfaction with Skype

In my organization, Skype is used as a working tool to communicate both through company departments in a simple and effective way without necessarily resorting to the use of the telephone and to communicate with external or foreign offices without any kind of problem whether through chat or VoIP calls.
  • Calls via Voip without packet loss
  • Screen sharing
  • Instant messaging
  • The interface is ancient now could be a bit 'modernized
  • Sometimes it disconnects and fails to connect if you have not logged out before
  • Screen sharing does not allow dual monitors
  • Speed in the exchange of information
  • Savings in terms of communications between distant locations
  • Easy video meetings between distant locations
The reasons for using Skype are many:
  • If you are a single user you can make low-cost VoIP calls especially if you have friends or relatives abroad
  • You can share your screen if you have to show a program or some features on your pc for work
  • For instant messaging and for creating discussion groups it's fast and functional
