Overall Satisfaction with Slack

We have started using Slack in our research lab a few months ago, and it has proven very helpful so far. One of the features I like the most is the ability to upload and share documents, such as SOPs. Also the ability to create different channels with different collaborators. It makes things straight forward, especially when it comes to discussing matters related to a particular project in which only some of the group is part of. It avoids conversations that can be useless to certain people.
  • Sharing documents
  • People status
  • Individual channels
  • I have found nothing to dislike just yet
  • Communication within the group has improved and is smoother.
  • telegram and microsoft teams
It solves very smoothly and more efficiently than emails communication issues. Especially with our group divided on 2 different floors in the building of our company.
I can very stronlgy advice slack. It stands as a great alternative to other tools there are available out there. There are also features to upload documents to be shared, like SOPs etc...
