Overall Satisfaction with Slack
We use it for internal communication, between the company and between the teams. Also to integrate with other systems to receive alerts and updates
- Communicate things with people within the organisation
- Create teams to discuss particular topics
- Calls are integrated and allow to share screen for a better and quicker comm
- Share and manage files attached to conversations
- Sometimes the search using keywords doesn't work really well
- During calls the sound may be not the best or sometimes it is lost which led you to have to close the app and reopen it again
- It would be nice to have the option to add images in between of text
- It has allowed our Support team to decrease the response time: we use Slack to communicate with our Tech team in order to solve more technical issues. We ping our colleagues in Tech Support and we use a colour code system to prioritise our queries so they can help us in that order hence our customers queries are solved faster.
- If we have an usage question from our customers, we have channels where we can post the query and try to solve it using everyone knowledge.
