We're using Smartlook to understand the user behavior in our site, it has been very valuable and has actually helped us detect some critical bugs and improvements to our webpage that have increased our conversion rate.
- Great at tracking user behavior
- You can also do conversion funnels easily
- The heat maps are also a great tool
- No cons so far
- Smartlook has helped us increase the conversion rate
- We were able to track bugs that stopped our users from converting
I think Smartlook is easier to use than other tools.
