Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook
We use Smartlook to analyze our clients' websites as we aim for making their conversion rate higher. This tool makes us able to see weak spots as well as what actually works.
- Heatmaps of visitors behavior are very helpful.
- Live recordings of visitors.
- I didn't find a way to discover customer funnels in their fullness. I guess Hotjar does it.
- Smartlook definitely helps us to increase ROI of our clients.
