We have been using Smartlook from the very beginning. It helps us to analyze the website by how customers are engaging with it and helps us to make better decisions in terms of marketing. They offer a lot of features which help us to analyze the website performance even the recording is so clear and they will tell us how and where the user is going and their behavior, and it helps us to make our product better.

As we have already mentioned, this helps us to optimize the website and clients are happy with what we have done so far for them. Plus, it's given a lot of insight about the website with regard to how users are behaving and what they are doing. It helps us to do marketing on Facebook and Google based on that analysis. Overall, this tool is used so much if you are doing marketing.
Simple to use and it has all the basic features, which you need for marketing. Recording the finalists through the heat map and having a lot of filters was really helpful in making decisions for our website.
This has a lot of features that other websites don't have, except they are the paid version. What I really like about the free version of Smartlook is their feature at the end, you can have a lot of things in terms of what's featured on your website. It’s ahead of other platforms and I really like the simple layout of their website.
