Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
SmartRecruiters is our only ATS system so we use it for job postings, applicant tracking, reporting, and data collection. It's housed in HR but used by all hiring managers/teams. It has helped to streamline our process and keep our process consistent.
Pros
- The system is very intuitive. It's easy to navigate and there is more than one way to get to a particular place in the system.
- They launch new system updates almost monthly, so it demonstrates they are listening to their customers and always working to improve the system.
Cons
- I wish you were able to edit things once submitted.
- The offer letter templates don't pull the fields like I wish they would. I often have to type in each candidate's address because it doesn't pull it from the resume (this is likely because people put their address in different places on their resume).
- Implementing SmartRecruiters three years ago has certainly saved our organization time. Everything is in one place and it has made job postings much more efficient.
- The quality of our hires has improved in combination from passive sourcing techniques and utilizing the system. We are now able to engage candidates in a more sufficient way.
I don't have any experience using an ATS outside of SmartRecruiters.
