Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
SmartRecruiters is used by all of our departments to list open opportunities, post listings to social media, and screen and manage applicants. As a small SaaS company, we don't have a full HR team, let alone a recruiter. SmartRecruiters has allowed us to find and hire quality team members, without having to hire additional staff to help us do so. I was recently hiring for my direct report... I was able to set up my listing, post it to LinkedIn, find and review applicants in no time. I used the system to communicate and select applicants. Without SmartRecruiters, it would have been a lot harder for me to find and hire a good team member.
Pros
- It was very simple to create a job listing. I was able to look at other listings we had and use the template for my specific needs.
- I was able to use the built in system to rate my applicants so I was able to spend time on the applicants I actually wanted to hire.
- I found a lot of applicants very fast!
Cons
- It was a little tough to have other people on my team look at applicants until I have them access to the system.
- Hiring is the most important thing a company can do, SmartRecruiters allowed us to do this successfully.
- We have been able to grow our team without having to hire expensive 3rd party recruiters.
SmartRecruiters was recommended from an industry peer, vetted and selected as the only option. I would bring them to the next company I join. It was a complete solution that fit all of the needs of our company and process..
