Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
We use SmartRecruiters as our ATS for both US and Barcelona open requisitions. I would say our hiring needs are a bit volatile, and quite dormant in 2023 but we've been able to solely focus on this tool for our applicant tracking needs. I'd say something I'd like to be implemented within the system is to have it a bit more user friendly, and to have a support chat tool to answer any questions I have right at the moment. That would be super helpful.

I like the integration of Linkedin with SmartRecruiters, it helps me distinguish applicants and the sources they're coming from
Lower than Greenhouse or Lever, but better budgetwise
