Overall Satisfaction with SmartRecruiters
We use SmartRecruiters to do all our recruitment up to onboarding. SmartRecruiters solved our problem with multicasting, delayed responses and application tracking. We use it with our different managers, all our regions and recruiters. This makes it possible to track applications in the pipeline. This allowed us to implement more processes.

We chose SmartRecruiters because we didn't have an ATS. We were looking for a tool that allowed multicasting but also responses to candidates automatically and deferred. We were also looking for a tool allowing the centralization of data with fluid and accessible collaboration for all our managers. we are almost satisfied.
