Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
I evaluated Smartsheet to work with several work streams to replace excel and take advantage of automatic updates to one tracker. I reached out to Smartsheet to ask about use of the application with dedicated internal servers but did not get a response from company.
- Collate updates to single file
- Integrates well with email
- Use of Smartsheet can be widely adapted if there's provision to use internal servers
- Company could improve response to queries re applicability of application in corporate enterprise system. I was able to speak to a customer rep from the company but unfortunately there's no plan for internal servers use
