Overall Satisfaction with Smartsheet
Smartsheet is used to organize our events checklists, budgets, etc. It is an easy tool to use where everyone can have input and have access to the working documents. It makes it easy for us to work together without being right next to each other. This program keeps us organized throughout our department!
- Budgets - easy to create with all of the existing templates.
- Event preparation - plan an event with deadlines, assigned employees, importance level.
- Export! You can easily export your work into an Excel (or other programs) to easily give to someone not working within Smartsheet.
- I'd like to see the assigned employee option more advanced. I'd love to see some type of tool that will show me all of the current projects with their status.
- More efficient time.
- Cost - we work with a tight budget, so sometimes Smartsheet is seen as another expense.

I think Smartsheet has a lot of great things going, they just need to work on selling it to someone who doesn't need all of the unique tools but still wants to use it over Excel.
