Smartsheet is being used primarily by our global HR team. It has enabled us to automate some extremely manual processes including job orientation training, training requests, training registrations, training feedback, training tracking, HR action notifications including new hires, changes, terminations, etc., project management, etc.
- Project management template is outstanding. Mirrors MS Project without the learning curve.
- Web forms automate all processes including surveys, training registrations, etc.
- Operates like Excel so anyone with Excel experience can readily use it.
