Overall Satisfaction with Smith.ai Live Website Chat

Smith.ai Live Website Chat is being used by my solo practice law firm. Smith.ai website chat receptionists and virtual call receptionists take all of my firm's potential new client phone calls. They screen out cases that do not fit my criteria and nurture leads that are potential cases for my firm.

Pros

  • Answers questions about my fees.
  • Answers commonly asked questions for me.
  • Sets up consultations for me.

Cons

  • I have no cons.
  • The service pays for itself and then some.
I have not used other chat services. I use Smith.ai Receptionists and that service from Smith.ai has been flawless, so I went with them for chat as well.
Easy on boarding. Support always available.

Each person who has answered my leads with Smith.ai has been extremely professional. Not one client or potential client has been able to tell that questions are not being answered in-house. They act surprised when I tell them. 10/10 recommend Smith.ai.
