Overall Satisfaction with Snagajob (Snag)

The whole organization uses Snagajob as our master On-boarding program. It has been very easy for most of our managers to onboard employees seamlessly. It also integrates very well with Paycor.
  • Easy to use on-boarding for managers as well as employees.
  • They work with you on the integration to your HR system & will try to create custom fields to meet your needs.
  • Snag customer support could be faster. I do not like that it is a general email to email your concern & have a response in more than 24 hours.
  • Admin should have access to undo terminated employees.
  • I wouldn't say it affects our business objective because we just use it for onboarding; however, their employee assessments are pretty accurate on who is a good candidate or not.
It takes a very long time to get a response. It would be great if our reps were more involved with the client after integration.

It is very easy to have managers send onboarding documents to the employee. It is very user-friendly, and straight to the point. I have noticed that users who do not do well on the assessments, do end up getting termed or quit within 90 days of employment.
