In a quick snap, you can get a response for your marketing on social media, how your brand is doing, types of people who are interested in your brand, number of tags, number of mentions of your brands, campaigns etc., which helps you decide for future calculations and work. This software gives a magical number to show your client or yourself how your company name or campaign is rising/falling.

Social Mention lets you know negative or positive posts and their count. Sentiment analysis using key words is best to know how people are reacting to your posts and campaigns. It is also good for brand management. It has a mailing system to send results to clients and your boss. It supports multiple social media panels like Twitter, Facebook etc., which is also a plus point which allows you to get every result in a single dashboard.
