We use Socialbakers Suite to manage our social media accounts and evaluate channel performance. It is a great benchmark to see and plan our social media KPIs in terms of channel and content prioritization. It is also very useful to compare our brand within other ELC brands.
- Socialbakers Suite provides very quick solution on channel performances.
- It gives a framework to determine our paid content strategy by monthly reports.
- Engagement rate metric can be improved to be more clear (it is now 1000 person per account)
- It is a positive framework to determine paid content strategy in terms of ROI.
- It is a bit of a high cost to pay by each link per brand.
