Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor (NPM)
SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor is being used to monitor our mission critical devices. We trust the product as it gives us the availability report so that we can strategize our activity. The reporting section also has multiple options which we can select to make the report ready for management. This tool as been a great help for us.

- SolarWinds Web Performance Monitor is a kind of a concern. As it does not go well with LB.
- We rely on SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor for our mission critical server.
Currently we are exploring other tools for our SolarWinds Web Performance Monitor as we didn't get that much support from the team to resolve our issue. I would appreciate if you extend the technical support for SolarWinds Web Performance Monitor. Moreover, it utilizes more resources compared to other tools. Overall we are not happy with SolarWinds Web Performance Monitor.
