Overall Satisfaction with SolarWinds Pingdom

I use SolarWinds Pingdom to monitor that my servers are up and running.

Pros

  • Uptime = Great.
  • Easy to use.
  • Fair price.

Cons

  • Skip all extra stuff, focus on real business around uptime monitoring.
  • Add more steps in price packages between, or charge per monitor setup (flat).
  • More local checkups.
  • Better monitor
  • Better control
  • Happy end customers

Very good for our business and we happily recommend this to others. Industry-leading service with fair prices. Scenarios are like FTP uptime check, web (port 80) check as well as database port up or down checks. Works great and you are getting a summary every month with a report of uptime.
